Privacy policy

This website is built to need as little of your data as possible: no analytics scripts, no advertising, no cookies of our own. Here is exactly what happens with your data when you visit devtech.pro or write to us.

1. Controller

2. Hosting and server logs

devtech.pro is a static website delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages and the Cloudflare network; EU processing under Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the technical data your browser sends — IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system — to deliver the page and to protect the site against attacks. Cloudflare keeps these logs for a short period for security purposes; we do not receive them per visitor. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, fast website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics or advertising services on this website. Cloudflare may set a technically necessary cookie to protect the site (for example during a security challenge). Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google.

4. Contact form and e-mail

If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter — name, company, e-mail address, the topic you choose and your message — to answer your request. The form is delivered by a Cloudflare function to our customer relationship system, which we operate ourselves on servers in the European Union, and a notification reaches the founding team by e-mail. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries). We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is open and for up to three years afterwards, unless a contract follows, in which case the statutory retention periods apply.

If you e-mail us directly, we process the data you send for the same purpose. Our mail is hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365, EU data boundary).

5. Newsletter, articles and RSS

We send no newsletters. You can follow our articles through the RSS feed without giving us any data.

6. Recipients and transfers

Service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (delivery of the website, contact function), Microsoft (e-mail). Both are bound by data processing agreements. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, aki.ee). If you live in Germany, you may address the authority of your federal state instead.

8. Our products

Our products (Cooriroo, MyClubAcademy, EchoClinic, MightClick, MuleInsights) have their own privacy terms, provided within each product and in the contracts with our customers. This policy covers the website devtech.pro only.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date below tells you which version you are reading.
